The Greensboro Coliseum opened in 1959 on 1921 West Lee Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. The only team to have a current home at the Coliseum is the UNC Greensboro Spartans men's basketball team. The Greensboro Coliseum box office plays host to the women's and men's ACC Basketball Tournament the most frequently of any venue in the nation. After a major renovation in 1993 the venue can host up to 23,500 fans for any given event.
